3. Our Products
Secret Sommelier sells curated blind wine tasting experiences.
Each box contains:
• Five 100ml wines, and
• Accompanying tasting materials (such as How-To, Hints and Answers cards)
Wine is a natural product and may vary slightly between batches or vintages.
As this is a mystery tasting experience, the exact wines supplied may vary. We will always supply wines consistent with the advertised theme and the stated quantities.

4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products.
We accept your order when we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance by email.
Payment is taken via our approved payment provider at the time of purchase, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
• a product is unexpectedly unavailable
• there is a pricing or listing error
• we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
• we are unable to deliver to the address provided
If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded.

Product prices include standard UK delivery, unless stated otherwise.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays.
For the best tasting experience, we recommend enjoying the wines within 10 days of delivery.

7. Cancellations & Returns
Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel and refund your order.
After Delivery
If you are a consumer buying online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a refund:
• items must be unused and unopened, including all sealed bottles
• items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation
• return postage is your responsibility unless the product is faulty
We may reduce refunds if returned items are damaged or not in resaleable condition.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Damaged or Faulty Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us at

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photographs where relevant
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
